New Butterfly Wings Fabric Patterns at Spoonflower

Monarch butterflies have been on my mind. While there are places famous, like Pacific Grove,  for the overwintering of the Monarchs, in our neighborhood we seem to see them year round, which inspired me to draw their wing pattern, adding watercolor to tint them. Monarchs took me to Tiger Swallowtails to Blue Morphos to Wood Nymphs, all butterflies with different colorations. The patterns are available now at Spoonflower, to be printed on a variety of fabrics. I'm having the Monarch and Blue Morpho printed on chiffon to make scarves, but you can have them printed on cotton, linen, cotton knit, a velvety fabric, and more. My Spoonflower shop is Everbird. A wild variety of other animals and nature-inspired patterns there as well.

The Patterns

Monarch

Tiger Swallowtail

Blue Morpho

Wood Nymph

Or how about some cloth napkins? Spoonflower makes them, but there's a great tutorial online I have learned from here.
